Our Work
The Pep Talk Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded to support the holistic well-being of women and children. What began as a digital platform has evolved into a community-centered initiative focused on advancing health, education, economic empowerment, and community care/basic needs for underserved and underrepresented populations. Rooted in the belief that wellness extends beyond the individual, The Pep Talk nurtures the mind, body, and spirit through culturally responsive programming, accessible resources, and meaningful community engagement.
The organization has led initiatives including school supply drives, winter coat distributions, menstrual equity advocacy, scholarship programming, and community conversations on maternal health. By addressing barriers to wellness, education, and financial stability, The Pep Talk works to create equitable opportunities for growth and long-term success. Through its work, the organization remains committed to fostering resilience, promoting self-care, and strengthening communities so that women and children can lead healthy, empowered lives.

Founder & CEO
A proud New York native and Howard University alumna, I’ve spent over a decade leading community-driven initiatives across the nonprofit space. My work has always been rooted in purpose. Driven by a deep passion for wellness, culture, and collective empowerment. I’ve led programs that mobilize thousands of volunteers, support underserved communities, and create sustainable impact. Through it all, I’ve witnessed how wellness is foundational, not just personal, but communal. It’s what allows people to lead, care, and create from a place of wholeness. I believe wellness should be accessible, actionable, and woven into how we show up for our communities. That’s why I created The Pep Talk Foundation, a space where wellness meets impact, and where people are reminded of their power to show up for themselves and each other.
